Being strong isn't always easy. Sometimes we have to be our strongest when we are at our weakest. This piece is inspired by a dear friend who throughout her life was thrown numerous hurdles, enough to break the strongest people. She gritted her teeth and showed the world how strong she really is. I admire her strength and hope one day to have half the strength she has. She inspires me everyday to stay strong and be beautiful both on the inside and the outside.
